We are thrilled to offer this meaningful and interactive educational experience to groups wanting to deepen their understanding of treaty history and reconciliation. This exercise is recommended by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and offered in partnership with KAIROS.
Restorative Approaches 101 Workshop
This basic but worthy and informative workshop reviews the restorative method and how to apply it. Learn how to strengthen your working relationships and develop a set of tools to identify and work through conflict before it escalates. We support you in nurturing relationships with both clients and colleagues. These sessions are practical!
Tailored Restorative Workshops for Groups and Teams
These workshops tailor content to specific contexts so the information shared is most relevant and helpful. We work with you to find what’s working, what isn’t, and what supports would best serve your team. We support you in creating or deepening restorative spaces and can build workshops to address ongoing relational disconnection in groups. We recommend allowing us to engage participants in advance to understand their needs and interests.
Sharing Circles
A beautiful opportunity and one not to be missed. Circles give us the chance to hear from one another and connect. The goal can be to check in, or to explore a certain topic together as a group. These circles are excellent team-builders and heart openers on their own, or can be added to complement other restorative workshops.
